Aesthetic Photo Pro

Privacy policy · Local-only release

Aesthetic Photo Pro · September 15, 2026

This policy describes the local-only iPhone and iPad release. No Aesthetic Photo Pro account or cloud service is required to keep and view records.

Patient records stay on your device

Patient names and references, visit details, photographs, capture metadata and local history are stored in the app’s protected storage. The app does not automatically upload them to us, sync them across devices or include them in automatic iCloud backup. We do not operate a server copy of this local library.

Camera, photos and authentication

Camera access is used to take photographs you request. The system photo picker provides only images you select. Framing assistance is processed on-device and does not identify patients. Device authentication is handled by Apple; this app does not receive your passcode or Face ID/Touch ID biometric templates.

Purchases and network access

Apple processes subscriptions and payments. The app checks Apple-verified transactions to determine access and displays Apple’s product price. We do not receive your payment card details. Opening external terms, subscription management or contacting support uses the chosen Apple or third-party service.

Exports and support

You control exports to Files and other apps. Those copies may leave your device, and the destination’s privacy practices apply. Do not send patient photographs, names, records or unredacted screenshots to support. Information you voluntarily provide in a support request is used to respond and troubleshoot.

No advertising or tracking

The local release contains no advertising, cross-app tracking or third-party analytics SDK. It does not sell patient data or create marketing profiles. Apple may provide diagnostics under your device and App Store settings.

Retention and deletion

Records stay locally until the app/device data are removed. There is no in-app record-deletion or archive-restore workflow in this release. Deleting the app removes its local library; it does not cancel an Apple subscription or delete copies you exported elsewhere. Follow your practice’s retention requirements and verify an export before removing the app.

Your practice’s responsibilities

Obtain appropriate photography permission, restrict device access and choose secure export destinations. The app does not supply clinical advice or a universal consent form. This policy does not promise that a practice’s use satisfies every regulatory requirement.
