Locks when you walk away

Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode protects the workspace, and the app locks itself when it goes to the background. Apple handles the authentication; the app never sees your biometrics.

You see it save

Every capture confirms "Saved locally" before you move on. If a save ever fails, the original stays on the capture screen for a retry instead of disappearing.

Your records, in open files

Export all records as one archive: original photos, a records file, a patient list and a hash manifest. Reading and exporting stay available after a subscription ends. No exit fee, ever.

No Aesthetic Photo Pro account, no cloud service, no server copy of your library. Patient names, visits, photographs and history live in the app's protected storage and are excluded from automatic iCloud backup. The only time a photo leaves the device is when you export it, on purpose.

The archive is plain, open files you can read on any computer. It stays available after your subscription ends.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad on iOS 17 or later. One app, either device. There is no Android, web or desktop version in this release.

Where are the photos stored?

In the app's protected storage on the device you shot them with. No Aesthetic Photo Pro account, no cloud service, no server copy. App-managed records are excluded from automatic iCloud backup, so the device holds the only copy until you export.

Is local storage a backup?

No. Losing the device, erasing it or deleting the app can lose unexported records. Export regularly to a secure destination your practice approves, and check the saved file is there before you rely on it.

What does an export contain?

A TAR archive with the original photographs, a records file with patients, visits and history, a patient list in CSV, and a hash manifest. Open it on a computer with any archive utility. Whole-archive restore back into the app is not included in this release.

What happens when my subscription ends?

Existing records stay readable and exportable. Capturing new photos needs an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple, renew automatically unless canceled, and the App Store shows your final local price and trial eligibility.

Does it guarantee consistent photos, or measure anything?

No. The guide helps whoever is holding the phone repeat the view. It does not identify patients, measure faces, grade skin or make any diagnosis, and the app does not claim HIPAA compliance on your behalf. Your practice remains responsible for photography permission, device access and secure export destinations.
